Neighborhood Roots is hiring Market Day Staff to support operations at the Southwest, Kingfield, and Nokomis Farmers Markets. We're looking for 2-3 Day Staff to support one, two, or all three markets. Scheduling is flexible and applicants do not need to have availability for all market locations/days.

These positions will strengthen problem solving and customer service skills while gaining valuable knowledge of and connections to our local food system through meaningful work with an amazing community of market vendors, shoppers, and partners. Specific tasks include set up/break down, assisting with programming, facilitating customer transactions, and more. 

These part-time opportunities can fit a variety of schedules and skill sets. Day Staff can expect between 6 - 24 hours weekly, depending on how many markets they work. Market days are Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. These are seasonal positions ending October 2025. Pay is $16-$18 hourly, depending on experience.
